heater blows hot air only!!! help

Help I'm cooking! Does anyone know what is the story even when heater dial turned all the way to COLD it blows hot. as soon as the engine is warm it blows hot only. Can anyone help?

the flaps probably stuck in the heater box try puting your hand under and turning it

Ooh... this might apply to my van. It blows luke warm on one side, and only cold on the other. Maybe their stuck too?
