Pull Out rear roof

Hi all

A couple of years ago I saw a Mk5 with a pull out plastic roof that was on runners. When the back doors were opened you could pull this out like a mini rain shelter.

Does anyone know if these are available anywhere and if so if they would fit a Mk6?

The gas and electric board in London have these on Transits and LDVs, but Ive never seen them using them in the 20 years Ive worked in London....
