Postby hoopla » Tue Jan 26, 2010 12:27 am

Hi. I have a 1997 diesel transit.
Does anyone know if i have to bleed the brake servo vacuum pump after fitting a new one. If so how do i go about it?

If you have only changed the servo, then no, if you have changed the master cylinder then yes

No you dont need to bleed the vacuum pump! Oil is supplied at high pressure and will rapidly displace any air thats in there
