air,getting into desiel

can any one help i have a 2000,w reg swb 2.5d transit van runs great, but every 300 to 500 miles aire is getting into the desiel,i will bleed the injectors and then every thing is great again for a few hundred miles....many thanks

Could be perforated fuel line, check lines back to tank. Fuel filter housing cracked
