Mk2 Di engine power steering belts

Does anybody know what the belt arrangement should be on the mk2 transit Di engine when powersteering is fitted?

I have a mk2 di engine in my 95 hicube but i only bodged the powersteering belt on .
I cant seem to stop it squeeling and it wears out fairly quickly.
this is how it is arranged at the moment:


i welded a flat surface to the tensioner pully and ran the V belt round the other side of it.
The belt isnt touching the top of the crank pulley its just my bad drawing
