ford transit 2.4 rwd 03 plate 125 clutch problem

hi, everbody, I have a 03 plate lwb transit 125 psi rwd, the problem I have is the clutch pedel bites in different palaces and goes spungy time to time, also now and then I have to press the pedel twice to select gear and when I want to come out of gear once driving I press the clutch and it gets stuck in gear, I have changed the slave cylinder and master cylinder and its still the same, the system has been bled well but I cant resolve the problem and I am getting worn out, could it be the clutch pressure plate or something to do with the dual mass, there are no leaks in the pipes to draw air as there are no sighn of leaking fluid, the clutch tho has always been strong and pulled off fully loaded, but I was in drive recntly (5th gear) and camw to a slight hill I presed the accelorator for power and the reves seened to go up but the vehicle dident go faster, obously that is the the clutch but are the problems linked and so on
