Engine 'Shudders' at 2500/3000 revs

Postby Lucy » Thu Feb 11, 2010 1:01 pm

The engine was replaced with a recon had various new parts fitted injecters, tensioners, fuel filter, etc but now suffers with shuddering when you reach 2500 revs. The van (Ford Transit Luton 90 - 350 model on a 55 plate) is back in the workshop a new throttle pedal has been fitted and they are now going to fit an EGR valve. Has anybody experienced this problem? also the engine updates have been downloaded.
