oil leak

hi ,i have a oil leak am not mecanically minded,idont even no what the engine part is called ,but as you look under ,stomach down straight in front of me, is a roundthing with 4 bolts the oil is leaking out of it ,right next to it is like a square box with metal fins ,av gotta get amanual am thinking a gasket has blown ,help me if you can thanks from no nothing norman

hi ihave aproblem with a diesel leak ,the engine is 2.0l duratorq di 75ps on a 52 plate ,the problem seems to be coming from the back of injection pump,is this a common problem can you put your finger on it ,thanks
