ford transit clutch

hi my ford transit 2001 swb is leaking fluid under the gear box and ive lost my clutch and it wont go int gear does anyone now the problem and what it would cost to repair as i have been told that the gearbox might have to come out

£80 ish for slave cylinder,
£100 ish clutch if needed,
Around £125-200 labour to do job depending...............
