more power for 2000 transit

hi i have a 2000 swb transit its the 75bhp one can anyone tell me how to get more power out of it please

Ford Transit 120 TDI EPIC Automatic. 0-60 in a leisurely and smooth 12.7 seconds and 1/4 mile in 19.1 seconds. Now where's all these faster? manual Di s?

fit intercooler,
smash out particle filter, or a decat pipe.
clean out EGR valve, intake manifold, and inlet ports in head.
fit 100ps injectors,
fit 100ps turbo,
fit 100ps pcm,
use only shell vpower, or bp ultimate,
then get a remap from http://www.vantuner.com
if its the 75ps mk6........
