hi , can anyone help iv got a transit 08 plate 350 140 ps am tryin to remove radio got 4 small tools in each corner at front but no come out . are they usually bolted in at the back? if so how do u get into it? thanks

They are only held in by the clips at the front, have all the clips defiately released :?: You may need to give it a gentle prise with a screwdriver to get it moving

Push the blades into the slots with the "heads" slightly towards the centre and then push them outwards whilst gently easing the radio forward.

I'd guess that you've put the tools in wrong, if you put them in corrrectly the radio will almost leap out of the dash. The problem is that it's diffcult to get the tools back out with the radio in the dash.

Edit: Sorry should have said, IIRC the flat on the tools should be inside.

Only Ford dealers can supply codes for MK7 stereos :(

Ha thout someone would ask that... had to remove to fit handsfree for phone, new i wid have trouble with code il go to main dealer tommro. had no option after gettin done for bein on phone an no seatbelt :(

do a google search for ford radio code.. I got mine for £4, it was the new 'V' serial. Cheaper than stealer.
