Hi, its a 2001 2.0 TDDi, I'd been starting and stopping the van on the drive.
Ive given it a good run out now and it seems to be ok, just wondering if this is normal.

hmm, it did it again today, started fine 1st thing then once i arrived at my job it had been left for 3 hrs then i went to it tried to start it and it was like it was suffering from loss of fuel. im convinced that theres a engine man light on but it has been covered over. can you put up on here when lights go where on the mk6's please jay.

Engine management light on MK6 is also glow plug light, it flashes if there is a fault, it might be worth gettin codes read anyway

Ive carried out diagnosis and theres no codes/faults/past faults listed. I took my self to ford today and bought a fuel filter £13.49, I replaced it and noticed that on the old filter the inner seal was disslodged. i'll see how it goes over the next day or so...
