4.2t dw dow rated to 3.5t

just we were thinkning of downrating the cossy mk6 from a T330 - adding side windows and making it a car classification but for it to be classed as a car it needs to be lot lower gvw than 3300

What about fitting windows both sides, rear windows, and a row of rear seats, then it is classed as a dual purpose vehicle?

yeah thats the thing ........ i didnt realise it needed glazed rear windows tho........ but the way i interprited it it did need to be below a certain gvw, cant remember exact think its about 2800 but definatly less than 3300

but as its getting the rear seat and proberbly side windows we thought about going for the whole lot

No point fitting six speed box unless you change diff as well
