Solid or Dual Mass which is it?

How do I know if my van has a solid or dual mass flywheel, without stripping it down? I need to order a new clutch, but don't know what type. I think its still got the original one, but cant be sure as I have no previous service history, and I think some models had solid as standard. If its any help, reg is NA03 OLB.

There's a very high chance it's a DMF on that model

As far as I know all RWD mk6 transits have DMF fitted.
