non starter after bump ?

HI. I have a 51 reg 2.0l td swb transit, I`ve had a bump at front not to bad but now won`t start, light next to clock flashes fast and engine will not turn ? is their a cut off or somthing. light flashing code 15 can anybody help please.

I think the light next to the clock is something to do with the immobiliser, I might be wrong.

try disconnecting battery for an hour or so,see if it will reset itself,sometimes you might have to leave it over night,is it turning over,or just not doing any thing,what damage was caused in accident

Have you checked under bonnet that no wiring is damaged/fuses blown

will try disconnecting the battery later. The damage was bumper, bonnet and radiator.
Not turning over and brake light on dash comes on when key is turned to start position.

Check wiring at starter, this is behind radiator, may have been damaged

Is there not an automatic immobilizing cut off switch that can be reset, should you be involved in a bump
Check above both front wheel arches inside the cab

checked all wiring no faults, when key is turned to start position the brake light on dash lights up and engine does not turn and light in clock flashes fast ???

Code 15 is, I think, unrecognisable key Do you have 2 keys

Hi, no i only have 1 key lost the other, what would you recommend ??

Maybe check around the ignition barrell, to see if the receiver is damaged. This reads the code from the key

will i have to get spare key coded to vehicle and if so do i need to take it to ford or is their someone mobile that can do this job ??

still not starting, is there anyway of bypassing the immobiliser, This is becoming a pain in the backside.

got locksmith out, coded two new keys and job sorted, Thanks to everyone for your replies and comments.
