ford transit tipper power loss problems

hi, i bought my first tipper about 2 months ago now on the 03 plate clean lookin truck but had nothin but problems with it first it needed the water pump changed, then the gearbox bellhousing cracked in half all this has happenend whilst the powerloss keeps comin everyday. so i got the fault codes read and it came back with diesel pump so i had that changed and it was fine all over the weekend i was drivin it, been town trailers it was all good until monday mornin when i loaded up with topsoil went to go up a hill with the engine workin hard the powerloss came again, 3 times that day went back to the garaje check fault codes and their was none. now im stuck with what to do, cant use van for work due to problem. any ideas????

few more details of van would help getting problem solving,engine,di ,tdci, ps, milage etc ,but as a start you could blank egr,and clean up inlet manifold,does they glow plug light come on or has it came on when losing power,

hi thanks for reply, its a tdci 90ps t350. the mileage is 120563. i forgot to say that i have replaced the egr valve aswell sametime as the diesel pump was done with new fuel filter aswell. the glow plug light never flashes when it happens, sometimes u can get away with turnin it off then back on again and sometime it would reset itself but other times it may not. its like it goes into limp mode because it takes ages to rev up and never to its full potential. thanks????

it will be a DI if its a 90ps,i would have it read on a ford ids if its going into limp mode/or resetting when turning off. there will be codes,better off blanking off egr(dont need it) and will stop it clogging up inlet manifold,

what part of egr valve would u balnk off??

blank it off where it joins the inlet manifold,do a search on forum theres a good thread showing how to do it with photos,just use a metal plate about the thickness of a two pence ,,and take of inlet manifold and give it a good clean and degrease,
