changing discs

Hi All
I have a 03 2ltr Transit front wheel drive, i need to change the front discs, i stripped the callipers off and removed the drive shaft nut, i also removed the five bolts holding the disc onto the hub. I could not get the hub off, there is 5 holes through the hub with what looks like bolts behind the disc, DO these 5 bolts need to be removed and do you need a special tool??? Many thanks G

Thanks for that, it looks more or less the same except mine looks like bolts instead of torx’s I will find out if I need a special socket and post it.
