56 reg mk7 transit van the van been off road for a couple of months . the van will start but will not rev ,.fault is comeing up fuel pressure sensor ,weve changed the sensor ,but still comeing bk fuel pressure sensor .went to a local auto electrician and he says that the van will need to have the fuel pessure re adapted ,as any one ever heard of this ???????????

Pressure regulator has probably failed, not uncommon
