Transit wont run propley

i changed my transit frm auto to manual, now the engine management lights on n im not getting enough power does any1 know what this could be?

Reading between the lines you've got a TD with EPIC pump, or an EFI petrol?

The ECU used to control various aspects of the auto box, so now it's not there the connections from the sensors will need to be bypassed/remade to keep the ECU thinking the auto box is still there.

In the mean time it's gone into limp mode.

Hopefully someone with the full gen will pipe up soon, and sort you the details of what and where.
