transit starting badly

hey all, i have a 2005 2.5 tdci lwb transit, it starts perfect when the engine is cold but when it warms up, it wil start but stop within 2seconds off turning the key! I cant figure it out at al plz help!!!

needs the codes read..and it will be a 2.4 tdci......

Most tdci problems are either pump or injectors
