:?: Hi All, Can anyone PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE help me??!! I have a 2.5di 1999 BEAUTIFUL Transit & i'm desperately trying to get hold of the following information:
Torque wrench settings for the cylinder head bolts, the rocker shaft bolts and the tightening sequence

Hi,
Is this what you need, quoting from a haynes manual.

Cylinder head should be tightened in 3 stages:
stage 1: 70Nm/52lbf ft
stage 2: 70Nm/52lbf ft
stage 3: angle tighten further 90 degrees

tightening sequence:

.............13...5...4...12....
.........17.....9...1...8.....16
.........18....10..2...7.....15
.............14...6...3...11....
<- front of engine

Rocker gear pedestals to cylinder head:
M8 bolts: 26 to 32 Nm / 19 to 24 lbf ft
M10 bolts: 63 to 69 Nm / 46 to 51 lbf ft
Rocker gear pedestals to shaft:
11 to 14 Nm / 8 to 10 lbf ft.
