Postby M0YDP » Sat Jul 17, 2010 8:29 am

Drivers side head lamp on a transit van mk6..

The motor has stopped working, is it best to change the whole lamp or can the motor be changed on its own ? ...

It is the same set up as the one below..

The motor can be changed on it's own.

Very fast answer and thanks very much.. Is the motor located underneath the headlamp ? ...

Ok that was not a very good way to ask, what i am asking here is, where is the Levelling motor located, Is it just below the lamp ? behind the lamp ? or underneath the lamp? any help as to it's location, before one goes diving in would be appreciated...

thanks again

Motor is inside the headlamp unit. Take off the bulb cover and you'll see it, looks like THIS
Pretty sure that the Focus motor is the same as the Transit MK6 one.
