struggling for power

ok guys heres the problem when driving and get upto 2500+ rpm my van drives flat like its dragging if i turn the key off then back on it takes off again back to normal but then after about a mile back to the same problem so i turn the key off then back on ok for a mile

any ideas

ive had a new fuel pump fited and a new belt guide and tensioner
mechanic can find the problem

Sorry I am not familular with your model I have a transit back downunder
check to see if your engine light is on when this problem occurs and if it is your EGR valve has had it.

I hope this help And i just hope I have the right info for your model.

Sounds like its going into "limp mode" a reduced power vibe that clears when you restart...... what was original problem that made you change pump and when was it actuallly replaced ~ ?
