bits missing off rear axle is it DANGEROUS?

ive just paid somebody to upgrade my rear springs eg have extra leafs fitted /truck been sat in the yard couple of days mechanic came to do the job and phoned me saying the leaf springs were missing the saddles that the u bolts fit into /
ANYBODY GOT ANY CLOSE UP PICS OF THE LEAF SPRING AND AXLE IN PLACE SO I CAN SEE AND GET ORDERD THE BITS THAT ARE MISSING IF ANY,ALSO WHY ON EARTH WOULD THESE PARTS BE MISSING IS IT DANGEROUS TO DRIVE.
van is a 2000 new shape pick up twin wheeler any help aprechiated thanks.

or if anybody knows the name of the part that is missing so i can buy one ive just heard it referd to as the saddle but shure this is the wrong term thanks

all i know them as is the same
350L Series 56 plate
2.4 duratorq 115 ps
