Transit 2.4 diesel pump Timing!! Help

hello again i have the 2001 2.4 di 90 350 and the diesel pump timing has sliped causing black smoke and sh*t performance...

could anyone tell me if and how to adjust the timing?

hello mate i would be surprised if timing has slipped might be worth checking intercooler pipe work & egr valve first if you havent already , you can check pump timing by removing flywheel sensor & pump blanking plate on front cover lock up the flywheel with timing pin & try inserting pin in pump
