reset abs and esp light?

just had van (2009 transit limited .mwb 2.2 duratec) serviced. pads needed changing which i have done myself with ford supplied parts front and back ,but in the last 2days before fitting the pads the abs and esp lights came up and the hillstart function stopped working. i assumed this was to do with the worn down pads which were 80% worn after 30,000 miles.
basically can anyone tell me how to reset the lights as someone did say that the system has just tripped out and needs resetting. all the new pads and sensor wires are ok but the garage did give me two extra loop conectors? i assume they are to do with resetting the system.

any help or hints appreciated many thanks

the loop plugs are fitted to o/sf & o/s/r conections for the pad wear sensors & the pads with the wear indicator is fitted to the n/s , if you dont fit the loops the light will stay on

yeah cheers for that,, i didnt see anymore conectors for the loop cons on the other side..

The loops on the pads are for the brake pad wear warning light, Was this on? As for the ABS ESP lights you need to get the codes read to find out why its on, it may be a faulty wheel sensor
