rear breakes coming on

while driving along i have noticed that my rear breakes are coming on and the breake peddle gets hard. I have changed the wheel cylinders and hand breake cable but still happening HELP APRECEIATED.

Most probably one of your rear brake hoses collapsing not allowing pressure to be released when it happens again release pressure by undoing bleed nipple on wheel cly
