Postby transitclp » Thu Nov 11, 2010 9:09 pm

hi,i was just wondering if i could use a bosch 460-414-153 624-7 015679 214 844 784 669 for a conversion on a 1996 'p' turbo with the epic system?I know on here everyone says to use the 145/146 but why is this?thanks in advance

if you got it try it, but do fiddle and tweek and blank egr off.
if its an 85ps engine change the injectors to 100ps that will make a hell of a diffrence.

The 153 is for a 70PS engine in a "P" reg Transit (with 1995 EEC Light Duty Truck emissions)

And the 145 is for a 76PS from mid October 1997 (major fuelling upgrade for the smiley Transit) 'til the end of production in 2000 :!: (with 1997 EC LDT requirement emissions)

IE; the 145 has the bigger and higher pressure capability :!:

Hope this helps :D
