tyre numbers for snow chains?

My mk5 190 has some numbers on the tyres,these are 225/70 15C 112/110R.Which of these numbers do i use for my tyres when ordering snow chains and are these the standard sizes for my mk5?TIA,

225mm wide 70% sidewall 15" rim diameter
