fuel prob?

hi, help needed; garage changed gearbox on my 04 2.4 lwb.they had to take off the fueltank to do so .ran for app 15 mls then hicks and stalls, restarts followed by hicking and cutting out every 10mts to 200mts or so,restarts etc.back in garage but no further forward.cheers doug

Sounds like they could have the pipes wrong way round on the tank , cant understand why they had to take it off to remove the gearbox.

dont need to remove tank to change the box...or do they mean they removed the fuel pipes as they crushed them on the bulkhead so had to drop the tank to fit new ones..
