Postby gravelrash2004 » Sun Jan 02, 2011 7:32 pm

If it is what do i need and what models does it come off?

Easy to fit cruise control to a Di..go to nearest builders site and nick 1 brick place said brick on throttle pedal when up to speed and hey presto 1 cruise control...
But serisly you can buy universal kits for throttle calbe pumps but only problem the cheap kits dont have the bit to keep your speed the same dearer kits have a speed sensor so will try and keep the speed constant..fly by wire would be a little more difficult but not impossible..

so what i am looking to do would be best acheived by adding an aftermarket system?

if thats the case does anyone have any links or recomendations of kits to get. I would be interested in one that maintains and senses the speed to keep a more constant speed when touring

thanks for the feedback so far :)
