raiseing the back?

could anybody tell me the best way to raise the back end of a mk 2 transit swb? what i mean is the suspention i want to raise it about 4 inchs can anybody help 8)
living the transit way?

You may be able to fit longer rear swinging links.
Hi, leva the wheels on the floor jack up the body so you can remove the shackel pins or bolts (i am not at home so i cannot go look and see if they are bolts or s/pins) i think they are bolts remove the top & bottom bolts and make some longer swinging links you may have to brace them if they are 4ins, longer jack up the body refit the bolts and plates/links then do the other side donot forget to put a stand under so the body canot drop on you i hope this is ok for you. If you need more info a phone call may be the best way to explane how to do it.

Id imagine it would be the same as lifting a toyota 4X4, extend the spring shackles this will be safe for 2" and then fit 2" blocks between the diff and spring

Seeing the other replies, fitting an extra leaf on the back is deff the easiest route!
