Pinion nut rear axle wanted!! Torque???

Hello everybody!

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a pinion nut (on the input shaft) for the rear axle on my transit -69 (single wheels)?? Or can someone tell me which kind of dimension and thread it should be..?
At last I need to know the torque I should tighten the pinion nut with...??
