So you don't know for sure..? If the learns haven't been completed successfully, it will never run as it should.

Check for a good seal on the fuel filter, is it a genuine Ford filter..?? Also check for cracked filter head assembly, reasonably common, it allows the air into the system and the fuel then drains back to the tank making starting difficult.

It sounds like it just needed a new SCV and PRV then learns done.
But you need to find out where the valves and pressure sensor came from and if they are genuine denso items.
The pressure sensor should not need changed as they're very rare to fail, I've only heard of issues with sensors that folk have changed as they bought a cheep kit from eBay or motor factors and with a good one from Ford or the likes of PFJones then it all starts to work properly.

The values need to be checked when it's hot, fuel pressure fuel demand, cam and crank sync. Etc to give a better idea of what's going on.

Easy start WILL destroy your engine. As it gives a far higher crack and burns hotter when it combusts than diesel, it may not be noticed immediately but it will do a little bit more damage every time.

Time to find a mechanic that understands these better than your current place by the sounds of it, as it sounds like there just throwing parts at it? Image

What codes are you getting?

What you using for reading codes?

Have you done an injector leak off test?

If so how did you do the test?

What is the actual fuel rail pressure?
And what is the demanded fuel rail pressure?

Has the resistance of the wires from the rail pressure sensor to PCM been checked to see if there is a residual resistance due to corrosion or fatigue that is causing the PCM to read an incorrect value?

Also check the crank sender readings, and crank/cam sync when it won't fire.
