Tervetuloa

I am also destroying my head with this one.

Todella hauska.

A 10mm won't help you. The 10mm pin will fit in them all from memory- the special position has a smaller hole that the pin drops into.

Maybe remove the starter and look inside to spot the hole. It's definitely not 10mm. More like 5/6mm

What I remember, there were some sort of alignment pin or something and what I remember it was not possible to align it wrongly. Only one position possible.

I meant a photo of the front of the crankshaft, pulley end....so we can see the "torx" bolt position when the flywheel is pinned. The flywheel itself can only go in one position on the crankshft as the bolts aren't equidistant.

Thank you all for keeping me with the timing. That was the problem! I simply did some clear mistake previous time with that one, I have some doubts what but cannot be sure. Now its working! Pin hole in the flywheel was aligned properly with the sensor hole at this time and so on. By the way, taking picture from the flywheel sensor hole is a working solution. That way it is relatively easy to see the pin hole is there.

But I also did another mistake! I forgot to connect the common rail pressure sensor wiring plug! And the sound what engine makes when it is not connected is awful. It sounds like everything is broken very badly inside the engine! So, if you would have very weird, mechanical sounding issues coming from the engine, it could be common rail pressure sensor! Sound was awful. Luckily I didn't reassemble too much before I noticed that!

Now this is working quite nicely!
