2012 minibus won’t start

Make sure the inertia fuel cut off behind glove box hasn’t been tripped……

This I have not come across before during all my research for the problem.

Do you have more specific details of how I check this and reset it. I have forscan but I am very new to it as I've always had VAG cars/vans and been using VAGCOM.

Open the glovebox and fold it down / out
There’s a switch bolted to bottom of A pillar,above strut top.
Usually has a yellow rubber cap,push it down in the centre,it will click if it was ‘activated’
You may have to clear the dtc after

That info is for a RHD,if your in Norway I assume LHD so don’t know if the switch behind glovebox or on drivers side if LHD ?
