sorry but relay is OK how can i get a wiring diagram for 05 transit 350 d cab 2400 pickup can i buy
one

When you say the relay is ok, did you unplug it to test it, or do you mean it clicks when pressed?

If it clicks, it dosent neccessarily mean the contacts "make", try unplugging the horn connector, and test across the wires with a voltmeter, if when the horn button is pressed you get 12V, then the horn itself is faulty, if not, then could still be relay, or bad earth (one of the two wires on the horn goes to earth (chasis) its on a lug screwed to the bulkhead behind the engine fusebox.
