Tappity ticking noise from engine.

Thanks for the advice guys i appriaciate it.
Basically he not answering at all so he hideing and so he should...
It HPI clear thankfully so not stolen or recovered vehicle.
I called my lawyer and he contacted VOSA about the situation and when i send them the fail sheet from my local garage they will investigate fully.
Vosa have the power to suspend this garages license to MOT, so my lawyer said that although it may take a while he said just let him do his job and VOSa do theirs.
Also trading standards were called by my lawyer so they want to be kept up to date and they will act on the outcome as their gona go under false advertising law which does cover 2nd hand sales - i never knew this.
The MOT is the nail in his coffin though so im not worried anymore just gona wait for the outcome.

Awight gang.
been extremely busy latly so no time to post or that.
The men from VOSA came and passed the van on it MOT but i pulled out from selling it at the last minute as they wanted to re-check the windscreen frame in a few months. Van paid for itself last month so im happy nuff.
Old van i bought back and its garaged now just waiting for a respray when i can aford it.
