a common fault on DI"s of that year is diesel running back, you might actually be bleeding it every morning, but before i start it could definitely be the fuel pump as well, there is a modification that was carried out by Ford dealers, it consists of taking the rubber blanking off plug from number 1 injector, then removing the leak off return pipe from number 4 injector and placing the blank off plug from no1 injector onto where the return pipe was on no4 injector, now you need a pipe of the same diameter etc as the piece you removed from no4 but longer, long enough to go from no1 injector back to the main fuel pipe where it originally connected but now you must cable tie it up on the inlet manifold to create a hill this stops the fuel running back overnight, might help but cant guarantee it :D
