Double check the serial number is the only thing I can think of. Can you read it clearly, or are there some number that could be different, like a 1 that could be 7 or 3 that could be 8?

Please please could someone help me out! I'm with a band in Europe, and the battery cut out/something happened resulting in the Radio/Cd player to ask for a CODE.
I have never been given one, and so I'm confused as to what to do! I need my music!
