Radiator - your original one should be fine, however if youve got it all apart now, it might be just as easy to have a look around and find a newer mk3 one, and make that fit now (adapter brackets should do the trick) this way a replacement at a later date will be cheaper and easier to find.
Gearbox/prop - need to know a couple of more things here,
1) is your new box aluminium or cast iron
2) the end of the gearbox has a splined socket, for prop to slide into ?
3) the hole in your floor, is it offset to the passenger side ?
4) does your new prop have a flange on each end ?
right, once you have the answers to those questions, it will be much easier for us to understand and help you
the cast iron boxes are type 9 boxes and as Fred said will fit nice and easily, and i would hazzard a guess that your original prop will fit straight in. and the gearstick will line up, as the type 9 was also offset.
The aluminium boxes are mt75 units, a little morre is required to fit one of these, firstly cut the transmition tunnel from out of your donor vehicle (as much as you can to start with, trim it down later) this is because the hole is in the centre and will line up with the centrally located gearstick on the mt75 box. Also some people find they need to raise the transmittion tunnel to accomodate it (the newer ones with the central hole had a larger height hump

) this gearbox will have a flange on the end of it rather than a splined socket, just like the diff end and you will need to find a prop that matches.
In all cases take the gearbox cross member off the donor vehicle just to be sure, you will definately need it for the mt75 swap and possibly also for the type 9.
one other thing that tends to get over looked is the engine mount brackets, if you are fitting an mt75 box, be sure that the engine mounts have the out riggers that go back to the gearbox bell housing bolts, this adds extra strength and without them you are likely to crack the gearbox housing during use
