Does the compression result at 220 bar seem correct?

I have a video of the engine running anyone know how I can upload it here to let other have a look and listen.

I'm wondering if the battery light has something to do with my problem. Wasn't there before.

Anyone going over to Dublin soon, I have TDCI head there to collect... if so my contact details are below.

Yes I've had this running, Used the tddi cams & did not need to bore injector bores as the the injector heights and injector tip protrusion was exactly the same.

Are the tdci and tddi cams different ???

i would put your own cams back in,,it could be if this head has come from a siezed engine cam lobes may have moved on there spline, unlikely but it has been known,,they are just sweated/freezed on to cam splines, are you sure you have timing right can be difficult to get right relucter ring slot,,and check the crank sensor holder isnt cracked/broke,

Had the crank pin located in the wrong position in the flywheel. The tdci have a pin with an extra pip. Shitty transits. Going back to german stuff far superior.

I was going to say won't the cams in the tdci be different due to the position sensor needing a pick up point, which I would have guessed would have been missing on the tddi cams but after reading previous posts obviously not.

Looking for Catcar.info https://www.catcar.info/ford/?lang=en&l ... I3Mg%3D%3D
inlet and outlet camshafts have only one finis number for all 2,4 models.

Just a quick note on the "230 bar" and "220 bar" reports: the gauges used either have no means of showing - or have tiny decimal points. The figures :22.0 bar" and "23.0 bar" make perfect sense....
Cheers,
Joe
