Van Dimensions

Postby nediam » Wed Aug 31, 2005 10:32 am

Hi

I'm looking at buying a transit van round about a P reg. Does anyone know where I can get dimensions for the loadspace on SWB and LWB?

Thanks in advance

I guess you mean length as you don't state weather your looking at low or medium roofs, but I think you best bet is to go and measure a few till you find one that fits!

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, sorry for geing a bit vague :)

I'm looking at getting either a Ford Transit or a VW Transporter to convert into a "Day van" as our american chums call them :D

With regards which transit I'm after, it's either a SWB low top, or a LWB midi top (hoping I can get away with the SWB).

After seeing Blue Van Mans MK5, I'm being swung towards the transit over the VW! :D

It looks very tempting but it's just out of my price range by £400. Plus I'm looking to part ex my 406.

Thanks for the link though, now I know they exist I might try tracking one down :)
