The only way you'll get 150-160ps is to "re-engine" it with something other than a ford transit engine.

If you mean the 2.5di the 115 (113) had a intercooler i think from an rs turbo, to be honest they didnt feel much different from the 100horse

It's like that, because EPIC 115 HP was mounted usually to heavy or big models (Jumbo, Campers etc.).
Difference you will feel if you compare small Transit L1H1 with 100 and 115 HP. Especially about acceleration on lower gears - 100HP has torque 224 Nm, 115 HP has torque 256 Nm. It is about 15% more...
