Radio presets.

Hi all.

I have a 2018 ford transit, only had it a few months. I have just preset 10 radio stations i like and say I’m on preset 5, if I want to change stations with the steering wheel buttons instead of going from 5 to 6 or from 5 to 4 it goes straight to 1 or 10. Not sure if this a fault or if it’s normal?.
