Hill Start assist MK7

Hello, I have just had my mk7 van serviced and now my hill start assist does not work.
I have tried holding all 3 pedals down and turning on the ignition but the hill side assist light does not come on and after 25 ish seconds my service light just flashes.

Is there a way to turn it back on or do I need to take it to the garage

Hi Ian,

I was having exactly the same issue. Had some short circuit on the rear lights and some errors on the log. After fixing the problems, hsa still not working (had an error log on abs... pads wear cable disconnected). After cleaning all the errors using Forscan the pedal procedure works and hsa is again active.
