+1 on bambi's comments.
Also I wouldn't go changing any wiring to suit numbers on your new sensors. It was working before and if continuity is ok for wiring to PCM then that's all you need.

Sorry Bambi, yes I definitely read your post, I was only swapping the sensors about trying to move the fault. What’s the thinking behind a full fuel rail change?

I’ll be buying a full set of genuine parts. Is PF Jones a good place to buy from? I looked on there before but the price wasn’t much more than eBay. Also the SCV on there says it’s for the 2.4, will it be the same as my 2.2? I couldn’t find one on the PF Jones website specifically for the 2.2.

Cheers, I’ll try PF as I reckon the parts will get here a bit quicker but it’s nice to have a few options for decent parts.

Well good news and bad! New parts turned up from PF Jones, all fitted, learns done all sweet. However, being a bit of a twat I sheared the part off that screws into the pressure relief valve, it’s threaded one end and the hose clips onto the other end. Anyone know where I can get a replacement or even what it’s called? I promise I’ll be more gentle in future.

Thanks again, I’ve found a few for sale online. I’ll try the breakers tomorrow morning first though.

Can’t believe how easy it snapped.
