MK7 Engine loom

mines been damaged in a few places and wanted to know if all mk7 looms are the same so i can buy another...

No they're not can you see the white label on it? It'll have a part number on it that you should be able to Google.
Yours will be euro 5 in any case.

haven't removed the old loom yet to see, just thought i would ask incase i could sit here in comfort and buy one..without having to go look.

Unfortunately Loot is correct...there's about a gazzilion of them depending on what model, engine, Euro-4 or Euro-5 and accessories pack fitted...take your pick..here:
