Orange light on dash.

Hello All.. i am a first time poster.
So i am looking for some help and information..
I do have the orange cog power steering warning light
On my Transit van, It come on yesterday
But it's not fleshing.
Can you tell the cause of this Orange light on the dash
And what will I expect in the next few days, while driving my van.

You need to get codes read :)

What Bambi said...plus it would help if you told us what van you have..??

Since you have the "cog" light on we can assume it's a Mk7.

cog light is usually soot warning for dpf needs or something like cataclean to get rid of soot

Not necessarily, if he has a Euro-4 transit he probably won't have a DPF, but can still have a COG light.

As mentioned by Bambi, he needs codes read as guessing can be very costly.
