Rear spring bush’s

Hi guys
Is it possible to change the rear spring front bushs without removing the springs I dropped the old ones out today well past there best came out ok when I raised the van on jacks. so will the spring slide on to the new ones when I lower or do I have to remove the spring fit the front then replace
